Chris started The McConnell Group with the committed intent of partnering with those leaders best suited
because of their place and platform in the world, both in role and economically, to build and impact a better world.
Chris believes that personal growth and development is an ongoing, lifelong process. Organizations are realizing
that investing in their top talent women is an effective means of changing and improving their business
and their culture, Chris knows that this chapter in her life's work and her career is to continue in support of these efforts.

Chris’s messages are strong, they resonate, have lasting impact. She has personally helped to change
and grow the numbers and the faces of C Level executive women, and the messages of female empowerment
and strength cascades from there. Chris remains committed to the purpose of women investing in
their own development, in the development and advancement of one another, in finding purpose
and leading purposeful lives, and in making the world a better place for women and girls.
Few women impact women in such a profound way. Chris's work is transformational and sustaining.

Chris has dramatically changed the lives of the women she has coached and partnered with, and they are
now focused on doing same with other women each are helping to shape. Chris has helped elevate emerging female talent
to become senior business leaders running businesses of some of the most important companies in the world.
Importantly, Chris has simultaneously encouraged those same women to support, and inspire
the multitude of women behind them. Her messages of empowerment, of self worth, of women's leadership,
has effected and transformed senior and emerging women in corporations
and entrepreneurial firms globally, and has enabled women to move to higher levels of seniority
and responsibility than they themselves had previously thought possible.

As Chris coaches senior women, she inspires each and advises them on the value and importance of bringing
other women along with them as they advance. Her belief, climb and lift, has become the practiced mantra
for corporate connection among many senior female leaders, and their organizations. She inspires countless women
to encourage and support those still with journeys to travel. Importantly, Chris’ vision and energy go beyond
women's advancement alone. While bringing communities of women together, working for their advancement,
Chris stresses the importance of giving back, and the responsibility of those with earned wealth and inherited wealth
to contribute economically to bettering the lives of women worldwide,
through support of their individually, and organizationally, supported women’s purposeful philanthropic causes.

Chris helped pioneer some of the first visible senior women’s community efforts in large corporate environments.
She persuaded her senior executive women clients that in order to truly succeed,
they needed to bring other women along with them. She partnered with Dina Dublon, former Chief Financial Officer
of JPMorgan Chase, to form and build a pioneer, purposeful community of senior women.
Importantly, it also became the blueprint for similar such communities in multiple companies around the world,
particularly on needed Wall Street. Chris has led and facilitated women's gatherings for JPMorgan Chase, UBS, TD Bank,
AXA-Equitable, MasterCard, Goldman Sachs, Coca-Cola, Heineken, private equity firms; privately owned boutique firms;
The Financial Women's Association, 100 Women in Hedge Funds, U.S. Banker, and senior women's retreats
